Bubble Girl

I don't believe Ani has ever had "bubble" gum, so when her friend brought some over to share it became her mission to blow her first bubble. Within in a half an hour she did it!

Oops!

I blame this one on being pregnant. I cut Corbin's hair on an almost monthly basis, so his hair is always short, but not this short. I had the #1 clip on for cutting around his ears, I selected the next size for the top of his head, but apparently I forgot to put it on the clippers. After making a cut down the middle of his head I quickly realized my error. Friends are reassuring me that it doesn't look bad on him, but I still look twice every time I see him. Live and learn!

Fire Station

Campbell was not very excited for her field trip to the Fire Station this week. However, once she arrived she had a blast. Campbell was most impressed with the 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 3 refrigerators, 2 televisions, and 9 lazy boys. She thought it would be a neat place to live.

BSU Gymnastics

Ani has been in gymnastics since she was two years old. She is a natural! Her coach had a picture of the BSU gymnastics team posted in the window and Ani immediately asked if she could go. Thankfully, the tickets were inexpensive so we scheduled a special mommy-daughter date night. Ani enjoyed watching the team, but her favorite part was matching the gymnasts to their picture on the poster.

Sisterly Love

These moments are rare, but oh so precious!

Cocoa Party

Sunday afternoon we decided to make cupcakes so Ani could use her cake decorating kit. We had some extra batter so we made a small pie cake. I told Ani she could give her cake to anyone she wanted. She decided to invite some friends over after school and have a cocoa party. They dressed up as princesses and one prince, were pampered by their royal beautician, and sat down for princess soup (mac and cheese), princess punch (orange julius), and dessert.
Princess Andison

Jared came home for lunch to be the princesses' royal waiter. The girls got a real kick out of it!

Even King Corbin (as named by the girls) was invited to participate in the cocoa party as he sat on his royal throne.

Caldwell Greenbelt

With a need to get out of the house, we went for a walk on the Caldwell Greenbelt. The walk did not last terribly long, but they had lots of fun climbing on the trees.

Ever since the girls received scooters from their great-grandma for Christmas they have been wanting to take them out somewhere with more room than our driveway.
